Terms and Conditions listed on this page are generic Terms and Conditions. For product specific warranty and return policy, the buyers need to read the specific product details. Product-specific terms always override any conflicting general terms or conditions.


Shipping Policy

After booking and payment confirmation, order will be shipped out on average within 3 days. Geographical Area of Operation: Within India. For shipping products to international locations outside India, you can book your orders through an email to admin@inzova.com. Estimated shipping delivery time within India is 15 business days. For products imported from China more time is needed. Delivery dates are based upon the availability of ordered item(s), and delivery address location. All dates are SUBJECT TO DELAYS due to unexpected factors. During the order booking process buyer must provide accurate delivery address with proper door number, building name, street name, area locality, city, state and postal code. Inzova.com reserves the right to cancel the order if we face issue in shipping the items due to the inaccurate delivery address provided by the buyer. In cases where the courier company returns the items back to us after failing to locate the delivery address provided by the buyer, buyer will have to bear the shipping expenses during refund process if any. Shipping charge is included in the order amount during the booking process. However during the shipping process this charge may be adjusted by the third party courier company. In such cases changed shipping cost will be communicated to the buyer and buyer is required to settle this amount before we can ship the items. Upon receiving your ordered products, please inspect them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Return Policy

To start a return process, first you should contact us at admin@inzova.com or our customer service number. If your return is authorized by us, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without return authorization will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on your shipping address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not send the items back to the manufacturer. Timeframe for returning the faulty items is within 30 days from date of delivery.


Refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded. We cannot accept returns on items sold on clearance sales, promotional sales, gifts and coupons. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once refund is approved, third party Payment Gateway will be requested to credit back the approved refund amount back to your credit card or any other original method of payment. Third party Payment Gateway may process the refund request within 10 days from the date of refund approval.


Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some unexpected processing delays before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@inzova.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@inzova.com and send your item to our returns shipping address communicated to you.


Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
